Who do we use for hosting?
If you choose the fully managed option, we will use Hostinger for your domain and hosting. If you do not want that option, you can choose your own hosting site or an all in one option like WordPress.com
Do we do graphic design?
We do not at this time offer graphic design. If you need logos or other elements, we can look into some options for you.
Do we build using custom code?
Yes and no. We use WordPress and pre-made theme templates. However, they do not always offer everything you want. In those cases, we can write custom to make your website more visually appealing.
If after launch I want to add another page, will you do it?
Yes, but there is a fee for additional pages that exceed your package. For example. If you bought a basic package which includes 5 pages, but you only used 4 then we can add one more page free of charge. The 6th page and any pages after will cost you.
What does support cover?
The 1 year of support covers any breaks in the site. Pages loading incorrectly, images not appearing and cases like that. It does not cover copy edits or adding additional content. The Fully managed options includes small site edits and changes, but not new pages.
Do we write copy for your content?
No, the copy should be supplied by you. We can offer suggestions and help.
What payments do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we can work together to a flexible payment option. However, there will always be an upfront fee before work is started. The standard plan is 50% up front and the rest at launch. There is a small discount for paying the bulk sum. Since our mission is to help small businesses we can create a payment plan that works for you.
How long does it take from start to finish?
The process can vary depending on each business and how responsive you are. The faster we get the logos and copy, the quicker we can build the site.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel before we begin the build. Once we start the build the refund will be 100% – percentage of project done. For example, if you have a 5 page website and I have finished 2 pages, then I have completed 40% of the site. If you had the basic package your refund will be 60% of the total price. If you paid a 50% deposit only then you would get 10% back on your deposit. If you only paid the deposit and I exceeded 50% of the build your deposit will be forfeited.
What if I want to cancel my fully managed site?
You can cancel your fully managed site at any time. In order to do that you will need to find your own hosting account, preferably on Hostinger and then we will help with the transfer of the domain and website.
Do we offer discounts?
Yes we offer discounts when you choose to pay for the entire service in one payment for a website build that will be 10% of the final build cost not including recurring cost or add ons.
We also offer a discount on yearly fully managed sites vs paying monthly. You will essentially get one month free.
